I visited on Monday to discuss a screen replacement. The screen was ordered the same day and fitted by 12:00 the following day! Amazing service and quick too - was only without my phone for 2 hours Tuesday morning!! Omar was very helpful!!

Overall very satisfied with this place. Had my airplane mode constantly on my phone but he fixed it for me for a small charge. It then came back again. I had since.purchased a new phone and went in to ask for advice as it wasn't reading my Sim card from my old phone. He said the same issue has arisen again. Too his credit he took apart my new phone and tried to find the issue on why my sum wasn't reading on my new phone. He couldn't fix the issue and then tried to persuade me to purchase phones from him. I came home ready to send my new phone back to the company I bought it from. I then tried a simple restart of my restart settings and then my Sim was ready to.use in my new phone. Problem solved by a click of a button.

By far the best place around for phone repairs! Staff are super friendly with years of experience. Would highly recommend, as the customer service was great. Prices are reasonable too, so I’ll definitely go back in the future.

Avoid this shop!!! He is a scam artist. First I asked how much a iPhone pro max was he was £150. Turns out I actually had a iPhone 14. He said same price. My friend rung and asked how much is it to fix the screen of an iPhone 14 he said £120-130 so he tried to over charge me. He than fixed the phone, told me the screen would be compatible with my phone. This was not the case. It was still broken. He never ordered me my money back he said I could pay and extra £150 for an original screen, I did that. It was still broken I think he put another fake screen on. Took it back and he done it again and the screen had a massive scratch across it, I took it back and he said yeah because the screen is second hand. He never made me aware I would be paying £280 for a second hand screen. I told him to put my broken screen back on and give me my money back. This took some back and fourth arguing, before he finally done it. To top it off he tried to keep the brand new case I brought from him the day before and just tried to return my broken phone screen. Some days later I went back in and and asked where my case was and he acted as if he dident know what I was on about. Inconsistent prices, not trustworthy, poor quality screen and labour. Very dishonest guy. I’m surprised he has this many good reviews tbh. Anyone found someone else who fixed it for £80 and the screen works fine and no problems. No wonder the shops always empty tho I had loads of screens to fix aswell as iPads and Wii switch controllers and I will be taking them to the other guy with way better prices and quality of work

My honest review about the owner of the shop!!
I worked in this shop for a very short time. One day a customer came with charging port issue I gave price to him for charging port replacement However, when I checked the charging port it was completely fine there was just dust inside. I cleaned and it started working. The owner of the shop, my boss, was there at that time He said return the money to the customer (He could have kept the money, which shopkeepers often do) I was impressed with his honesty. He returned £75 to the customer. I left shop in last month but today I was just recalling my job experiences at different tech shops. I decided to write an honest review. The Boss is literally a gem kind of person who is very honest, well mannered, and professional person whose top most priority is his customers. Jeety rhain Fahad Bhai. tusi great o!!
