Had my equipment for 4 months. Just picked it up broken. Says he’ll call, doesn’t. Left without equipment for performances, and excuses and no accountability. Real shame, as I would have used him again and again. Would have appreciated honesty about the likelihood of fixing, or at least an admission that it can’t be done 3 months ago.
