I'm afraid the level of professionalism has severely dropped at this store. On arrival, I waited by the counter, listening to 2 of the girls gossiping. After a minute or 2, one girl asked me if she could help me!

I was then seated in the waiting area after being seen and after another 10 mins, I saw the same 2 girls chatting away, leisurely with little awareness of their surroundings and perception.

Honestly, you need to retrain your staff or have an older employee overlooking the staff. The closest I can describe this place is as similar to college canteen.

🚨Avoid this shop🚨
My mum (73yrs old and hard of hearing)went in on Friday to collect her new glasses and the prescription was wrong,she couldn’t see a thing, they said take them home and try them which she did and she still couldn’t see.
she just wanted a refund,
(on the website it says 100 day quibble free refund Policy)
Went in on the Saturday to be told they can’t refund until Wednesday when the director is in store,🤷‍♂️
They begrudgingly give her the refund on Monday.
We do not recommend this shop.
We didn’t have a very good experience at this shop and we just would like to make other people aware.

The worst eyetest ever had it wasnt just one person taking care of eye test.The glasses i wasnt able see out of them blurred vision.asked for refund was refused saying director needed to give valid code. Head office said i shouldve have been given it straight away.took a stressful weekend try to get my refund. Eventuaually got plus i had to pay £20 in taxis i woudnt of had back n forth to finally get refund.Appauling service.zero

I went to order my reading glasses but the staff were keep forcing me to pay them money for an eye test and they were saying its over due and I had to make an eye test before I ordered new glasses but two months ago i had two glasses from them. After argument I asked if i can talk with manager and manager was nice and she took my order with condition. If I needed eye test if i am happy with my power and even two months ago had glass with same power then why they forcing me to make eye test to pay extra money

The service is very good here. Staff are very professional and friendly. Iqra was able to explain the processes and answered all my questions to my satisfaction.

Well having told that I need new prescription glasses.
I chose a pair that I really like.
After 2 weeks didn't get any text to say the glasses are ready.
I had to ring in and check.
So I went into the store and got served.
Only to find out that they had made the wrong spectacle
And not the one I chose. So then i told the gentleman about the mistake from their side.
And he said he will rectify the mistake
And will get back in touch with me as soon as they are ready
Let's see now what happens next time. Nothing wrong with the staff as they are very friendly and polite.
Just that they don't know what they are doing
Never used to be like this before
