Fantastic from start to finish - thank you Stephen. Battery replacement and new charger port installed in my SE 1st gen iphone make it feel like a new phone (this after being told by the manufacturer that such a ‘vintage’ model - 8 years old - is impossible to service). Charges are fair and transparent, and the venue is a comfortable place to hangout for coffee while waiting with the ‘express’ service. Can’t recommend highly enough.

Phenomenal service!!! Posted my iPod Classic 160GB on Tuesday afternoon, delivered to SR Wed morning, headphone jack repaired and posted back same day! Unfortunately, the iPod was redelivered back to SR on Thursday (Royal Mail problem?!); but reposted out later that day and i had it delivered fully working Friday morning!! SR cleaned up the sticky goo left on it from where i'd stuck sellotape on it too. Very pleased and impressed with quality of service - practically unheard of these days.

The touch screen on my Google pixel 6 pro died while we were in the UK on holiday from Australia. Everything was stored on the phone including banking payment apps, prepaid tickets and return flight tickets. Google maps was also inaccessible so finding our way around was a problem.
Square Repair were able to replace the screen and the whole process couldn't have been easier. From booking an appointment on the Square Repair website and dropping off the phone at their office block to collecting the phone complete with a new screen took no more than 2 hours.
Anthony was very pleasant to deal with and I would highly recommend Square Repair.
