I have used Stephen McWhirter Services for all my car servicing and repair needs for several years now. The cars I've had are older and Stephen has always provided excellent professional advice and options for what work does or might need doing and always at a fair price and completed within our agreed time scales. For servicing and planned work I usually offer up a few dates and Stephen chooses one, but there have been a few occasions when something more urgent crops up and he has never let me down. This week the plastic housing of the thermostat on my Ford Focus broke. Stephen diagnosed the required part over the phone, ordered it and replaced it next day. Back on the road with no fuss. He has never let me down and I highly recommend him as a first class affordable motor mechanic.

I cannot recommend Stephen enough. I needed a lot of things doing to my Mazda Bongo and I am so glad that I had an this work done by Stephen. The workmanship he provided was exceptional and very reasonably priced. Stephen kept me informed on costs and progress all the way through. I know he is a busy man but he knows bongos like the back of his hand and i know i will be using Stephen in future.

I had taken my Mazda bongo to my usual garage I have used for 15 years and they couldn't help me after striping the door down for an electrical issue with the window took my bongo to Stephens garage and he repaired my window , new,steering bushes And repaired other issues first class knowledge and repair service highly recommend
