If you have a disability preventing you from wearing a mask do NOT shop here, I was told to leave unless I put a mask on by an older assistant (the young lads are a delight) when I said I was exempt he said that I had to leave unless I wear one. There were no other customers in the shop at the time. I said I would go and would not be back, he replied ‘that’s fine’, above all else his manner was aggressive. I have been a loyal customer throughout the pandemic but today a combination of heat and my medical treatment made mask wearing impossible. I have worked as a senior nurse for the last 40yrs and recognise that this person should not be mixing with members of the public.
