I went in thinking I had an issue with my wheel bearing. They were happy to take a look and came back to me within about an hour saying that they'd fully looked at my car and saw no issue. They didn't charge me for this and one of their staff very kindly reversed my car out of the car park for me. Very good, would use again

Very disappointing attitude received from gentleman who answered the phone. A "couldn't care less attitude" which surprised me with such rave reviews and not helpful when told not to drive my car until they can run a TPMS diagnostic in 10 days time! Won't be troubling them again!

Good service from TBE Alsager. Took the car with a noise and knocking sound. It turned out to be straight forward that could be dealt with quickly so there was no charge. First time this has ever happened with any garage. Would recommend! Clearly they will not try to charge when not required.

I found the service here reliable. I booked in the day before, arrived at 1pm for 2 new front tyres. The car was seen to straight away and i drove off 40mins later. I cannot fault the service or the staff, who were kind and efficient.
