Absolutely thrilled with the service I received from Ali today. Phoned yesterday evening with an emergency requirement of my Microsoft Surface Pro 7 inner screen having failed on my main work computer- without this I couldn't work. Ali was with me around midday the following day and within 30 minutes of arriving my computer was back up and running and I could continue working. Every hour without my computer is crucial - time critical is about the right terminology. Ali understood this and made sure I wasn't without the machine for long.

I had one going iss with them , my Laptop been sent to them with CPU issue , and they told me they will send it to Hong Kong to fix it , since 3 months no one resonse to my emails and phones and chats .
I want my Laptop back with new secren from Amazon 140 pound and new replacement battrry worth 45 pound with new SSD 1TB worth 200 pound , all gone!!!
They trird to offer me replacement with an shitty Labtopnd I refused and I want my stuff .

Highly recommend! Superb service, quick turnaround and friendly staff. I had a screen issue with my Microsoft Surface pro 4 which seemed to be a common issue with these models. I used their online chat service to discuss the issue and repair and get a quote. I had VERY specific requests and even wanted some things done that weren't advertised on their website and they were happy to accommodate. I then called them to book the appointment and got through to Ali who was very professional and knowledgeable. The repair was carried out within 24 hours and I had my Surface Pro 4 back in my hands with a brand new screen. Payment was easy and I recieved my invoice instantly. Very good and will definitely be using this company again. Highly recommend.

I contacted UK Repairs to resolve the screen shaking issue with my Surface Pro 4 screen. I spoke with Noor and he was very professional and knowledgeable about the issue I was experiencing.

I was able to get a next day booking for a home repair. I found Ali also to be very professional and knowledgeable. I also work in IT and can see that Ali has experience in dealing with the screen replacement as his method and technique was excellent. I had two surface screen's replaced and Ali also cleaned the fan as it was a bit noisy on one of the devices.

I also have peace of mind with the warranty provided by UK Repairs.

I am very happy with the service I received and would highly recommend their services.

Really bad people to deal with. I have noticed that they have got rid of their trust pilot reviews. My experience was terrible, the tech they sent out was a nightmare to deal with. Half way through the repair he told me that I had to transfer the money to his account, more than I was quoted because apparently my tablet PC had special parts in, or he would not finish putting the screen the tablet. Aside form this he was generally really rude and horrible to have in my home. My complaint went absolutely nowhere, and I even got text messages off the tech, annoyed that I had complained. Unbelievable. They did offer me a £20 refund provided I remove my review from trust pilot (dishonest). Now, whatever the response to this message may-be, I am sure it will be hostile as its their MO, they tried several times to remove my trust pilot review after the offer of £20 failed, please bear in mind that I have taken the time to leave this review as a warning to anyone thinking of using these people- Just go somewhere else.

Just had a screen replaced by them. Ali arrived quickly, and did an efficient job of the repair. He was polite and friendly, wore a mask and had everything sorted out in under 30 minutes. Would definitely recommend.

Fantastic service I had my Microsoft surface pro 6 screen cracked I called Microsoft they said I will need to replace complete device which would’ve been cost me over £600.
I found this company booked online at their website for a Microsoft surface pro 6 screen replacement they came the next day at my house in front of me and bang replaced the screen within 20mins!!!.

Very happy I would recommend them for everyone.

Very good communications and had my phone fixed within a few hours. My screen needed replacing and the repair was very quick and done by a very polite guy. Obviously you pay a little extra to come to you but well worth it. Just let the professionals fix it. Very good experience.
