I had a good experience with Tony. He stress tested my components and fitted a new PSU for a fair price. Everything was reassembled tidily. It turned out I also had a DP cable issue (I had no idea that could cause crashes/ artifacts) but the fact it ran fine under testing in a different environment helped me to identify this issue. Really pleased with how quick and easy this whole process was made.

Tony went out of his way to come and pick my pc up, we spoke about what i can expect during the repair process and about prices he was very knowledgeable and seemed like a lovely gentleman.

I fully expected the repair to take a while, but in 24 hours, he had dropped my pc off and ran me through everything he did. I'm so thankful for his work and will hopefully be using his other services in the future.

Contacted Tony to repair my PC which was constantly crashing. Dropped it off on Saturday and picked it up on Monday. Really friendly and professional. Talked me through what the problem was and put in extra security measures and updated everything to ensure it doesn't happen again. 100% would recommend.

I was charged £40 for virtually nothing ( I delivered a broken hard drive and collected it the next day after declining his offer of sending it away for a possible fix - £300). The £40 was obstensibly for the time spent on looking at the hard drive. Not impressed.

The hinge on my laptop had broken.

The service was very good, I was asked to drop my laptop in as soon as I could.
The repair was done very quickly and was very affordable.

When I was having issues with my laptop's fan, Tony was very quick to respond to my enquiry and dealt with the issue with great professionalism and knowledge. During the time my laptop was in repair, Tony kept me up to date with the process and communicated effectively. I did have further issues after initally recieving my laptop back, to which I took it back to Tony and was fixed within a matter of days - now my laptop works perfectly. Very good price for an excellent service.
