Massive thank you to Tech and Games! The HDMI port on my Xbox series X was damaged and the console was unplayable, I firstly got a quote from Microsoft, due to the Xbox being out of warranty, they wanted £289.99 for a repair/service. A friend of mine recommend Tech and Games, I sent a message on the 3rd of March and they told me to bring it in as they could repair the Xbox. Took it in Saturday the 8th of March and was all repaired and collected by the 11th of March, all for just £70!!! Amazing service and price! Highly recommend for your console and other tech repairs! Thanks again guys!!

Just recently got my Nintendo Switch repaired at 'Tech & Games Hartlepool'.
Excellent service. They were brilliant on telling me the issue with my device, and the price to repair was superb.

Might not have the large selection as larger stores but staff are way more invested in you as a customer and offer more services.
I called up about an aerial cable for a PS1 and they sorted me out that day for a great price too.
Gareth knew what he was talking about and not just there to sell stuff.
If you're not sure give them a call and they will certainly do what they can to help.

Really good service from these guys.

Took a broken Nintendo Switch controller in - they took a look and fixed it together in minutes, as there was no replacement they didn’t charge. Don’t get service like that in most places.

I was sold a gaming pc from a reputable online source, that turned out to be very very poor. The guys in the shop have made it work and made a young lad very happy that his Christmas present is finally usable.
Could not recommend this place more.
