The screen protector was not applied correctly and it bubbled. Went back the next day to get it fixed but they tried to blame me (which I didn't do according to what they said) and was offered to get it fixed for half price (my first price was £10 then they offered 'HALF PRICE' at £8, then offered £6 when I told them I paid £10).

took phone in bc the front screen was broken not cracked but the inside had lines also asked for the back glass to be changed the guy put a cheep screen on and fitted it awfully witch made the insides consistently press on the passcode witch then led to my phone being locked for 3 hours however it was stuck on 3 hours and wouldn’t go down he had broken the front camera fitting the screen and did not lazer the back off pried it open wich led my phone looking a state and completely scratched took it back in and he gave money back after a long argument and took the screen he had fitted off and put old screen back on (like i said the old screen was not cracked) this is how i got my phone back not working cracked ground camera cracked screen would not recommend only in it for the money couldn’t care less for customer also fitted the back glass in complete wrong colour and a cracked bit of glass
