These guys fixed my laptop last autumn for a reasonable price. Everyone is very friendly and they notify you about the timelines and prices in advance (as soon as they have estimation) so you can make a decision on whether it is worth it for your device.

My laptop screen broke down on Thursday evening, right when I urgently needed my computer, I asked for help and on Friday morning Terry was already on the case, he ordered the new pieces I needed straight away and in a matter of days my laptop was fixed and ready for picking up! Excellent customer service and stuck to their word.

I came in with what we thought was a simple laptop screen replacement, and was given a quote. Soon after, it became clear that the issue was much more complex which was going to take longer to fix.

I was provided with a loan laptop while the repair was ongoing so didn't experience any disruption, and TechFix stuck to the original quote even though they had to order extra parts and spend more time on it.

They were committed to identifying the issue and fixing it despite it being a confusing problem, and my laptop was fully repaired.

Excellent service! They exceeded my expectations in speed of service, professionalism and costs. I needed a whole Macbook keyboard chasis replacement and it was done in one day. My battery was also replaced at no additional cost.
