I had a fantastic experience with TechLid. My desktop PC crashed after a drive update I did personally and I was worried I may lose data if able to repair. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, walking me through the process and keeping me updated on the condition of the pc, and advised me on steps to take in order to keep the pc running like new for many years. They not only fixed the issue, but also took the time to thoroughly clean the interior of my PC, which I really appreciated, and also didn’t lose any data. They installed a fresh version of Windows, and my PC is now running like new. Excellent service, fast turnaround, and great value. I highly recommend!

They sell fakes!! Do not get your stuff repaired from them. Absolutely horrible experience. Went in to get my macbook fixed they changed my screen and I was happy but when I went into my apple store a few weeks later when another problem came up they informed me the screen I have on right now is fake and the price I payed was absolutely ridiculous. When i contacted them about it they refused to do anything and just said that’s the products we use.

Just had my HP Laptop repaired. My Laptop was so slow and would take long time to load and work. After repair the Laptop was like brand new much faster with complimentary RAM upgrade, all work done in front of you while you wait. Friendly customer service and value for money. Highly recommended 👍

I have been a customer of this shop since they opened, even back when the owner operated a small kiosk. However, after my recent experience, I will not be returning.

I purchased a pair of non-genuine AirPods. While the woman who sold them to me clearly stated there were no refunds, she also assured me I could exchange the product if there were any issues. She even suggested I test them in-store, but I was in a hurry and told her I’d return if needed. Unfortunately, the right earbud kept cutting out, and the Bluetooth wouldn’t sync properly.

When I returned an hour later to address the issue, I was met with outright hostility. The same seller who had assured me I could exchange the product completely denied her statement and doubled down on her stance in front of the shop owner. When I attempted to discuss the matter with the owner, he was dismissive, disrespectful, and even walked away mid-conversation.

The seller’s attitude was appalling—she was rude, argumentative, and lacked basic customer service skills. When I handed her the earphones for inspection, she had the audacity to claim they were “dirty” because of a tiny fragment of hair, as if that excused the poor product quality or her lack of professionalism.

What made this even worse is that I was not rude or hostile at any point during this interaction. Yet, I was treated as if I were the problem. Let me remind this shop: this isn’t Pakistan. You cannot speak to customers like this, especially when they are being reasonable. Selling cheap, low-quality products does not give you the right to treat people with disrespect.

I am genuinely shocked by this behavior, especially as a regular customer who has never had issues before. This shop’s approach to customer service is absolutely unacceptable. My advice to the owners and workers: learn to communicate respectfully and professionally. I won’t be returning.
