Quick service and great to get my iPhone fixed. I brought it in initially 6 months ago, and was “unselfishly “ advised to hold off, and got a few tips before changing my battery that moment. I was told to wait until it was degraded below 80% health and check back if charging had not improved. Obvs my battery had recently dropped below 80%, so a quick and efficient change was completed by Tech Medics. Customer first seal of approval from my side.

my very expensive iPad pro 12.9 began to have charging issues and each new charging cable i bought was to no avail!
yikes!
i can't do without this device!

i called tech medics and spoke to Laurence.
i dropped my device off first thing that morning,
and by 4pm THE SAME DAY (!😊) Laurence had called Me to say my beloved iPad was fixed (with a new replacement charging port) and ready for me to collect!

He even cleaned the volume and on/off buttons on the device so that they were easier to depress.

I cannot fault Laurence and Tech Medics for service,
& value for money,
and the security that my device is not only fixed, but covered with a further 6 month warranty for the repaired part.

it was so easy to deal with Tech Medics....
being able to park, for free, right outside their premises is also a real plus.

Through first hand experience, i am confident to recommend Laurence and Tech Medics for highly valued smart device repairs.

Excellent, quick and informative service! I got my charging USB-C port fixed. They analysed it on the spot and fixed it within a couple of hours for a reasonable price of £30. Informed me at the end of the cause of damage and tips on maintenance. Highly recommend!!!!

Did a great job of fitting a replacement screen to my iPad after it was dropped on the floor and cracked. Looked like new, and still working well several weeks later now I’ve got around to posting. Also very reasonably priced.

Brilliant service, quickly sorting out my phone that wouldn’t charge (when I desperately needed access to e-tickets). Also great advice on taking care of my phone. Two other companies quoted higher prices £89/£50 more. And Tech medics refused extra payment to show my appreciation! So I’ll definitely come back when I have problems with any other devices.

I went to another phone repair shop just down the road due to an intermittent charging port. The owner of that shop explained to me that my charging port must be broken and had to be replaced which would cost me the best part of £100. My natural intuition told me to get a second opinion. I popped into techmedics, the owner explained that most of the time this is just a case of having a dirty charging port. He cleaned it for me free of charge and sent me on my way. The charging port now seems to be working fine. He also explained that the large majority of other phone technicians also know this and would also just clean the port whilst fooling you that they are replacing the unit, in order to make easy money off you. Extremely trustworthy character and knowledgable guy
