Dishonest and overpriced. Overcharged me for removing something from inside my phone's charging port - fine, whatever, I can live with that. But he then tried to justify the cost by claiming to have replaced my screen protector with a better one. All included within the price, he says.

Of course, he'd done no such thing - he'd simply removed my screen protector, leaving my phone unprotected.

Judging from the other 1 star reviews, this guy seems to enjoy lying for no reason! Avoid at all costs, there are several honest phone shops on Putney high street.

Edit: You're next to the Bakehouse, no? I can assure you it was your shop. I have the direct debit to prove it.

I called to confirm that he could replace my iPhone screen with a genuine one - he said yes. When I went in he said it was a second hand one but good quality. He then proceeded to take my phone screen apart on his knee as his counter was covered in junk. Net result he broke some chip within my iPhone. He spoke to someone for support and then said this happens on iPhone 12 mini’s once in a 100…?

I leave with a lent iPhone 6 and no trust. I cancel all my phone settings / card details via Apple. When I go to collect my phone 3 days later he shows the back of the screen and says see it’s genuine… that evening whilst out it stops working and leaves me without money to travel home - 6 miles walk in the rain. His response was my uncle suddenly died it was sad but not my fault… ?

My iPhone has a message saying this is not a genuine screen. Now after hours of wasted time and 7 trips this screen has problems and goes white screen every now and again. Apple have confirmed it’s not genuine and fully functional. The guy has no technical skill - he confirmed all he can do is replace hardware not fault find. I have just come out of his shop (7th time) after asking if he is going to refund me or do I need to go to the smalls claims court. His response was court is better.

Stay AWAY from this shop unless you want a vape (even then don’t trust quality) he can’t even put a screen protector on without air bubbles.

UPDATE:- he is now accusing me of stealing please see additional image of texts.
