Utterly disappointed with the service and communications I have received from the Tech Shed. I was keen to support a local business when the lens needed replacing on my iPhone 15 Pro. The Tech Shed said they could replace it with a new one, which they did. However the new lens is not water/air tight and clearly they left some dirt under the lens when it was placed on the phone. All my photos now have black dust dots on them and a discolouring to all the images. The phone took better photos when it was broken! I have emailed multiple times to ask for a refund and/or for the TS to remove the lens they placed on the phone's camera, so that I can get it repaired properly elsewhere. They have refused to do either, and have simply copy and pasted the same response to my email regardless of what I have politely asked of them. I am so disappointed at the post-'repair' service I received and the arrogant attitude of the Daniel ever since. I have been trying to sort this for over two months but have been unable to get a proper response from them. The camera on the phone is now unusable. They may be capable of simple repairs on inexpensive equipment, but I would warn against taking an expensive phone or camera to them.

I cannot speak more highly of this business. I took my laptop in after it dropping it very badly when in a rush. It failed to start, with me fearing a motherboard issue / or un-repairable. Feeling devastated I took this into Tech Shed. They provided a good clear consultation, quick diagnosis and unbelievably a fix! The communication was clear and prompt with a very reasonable price. An honest and thorough establishment who I would use again - highly recommend.

Would recommend to anyone! Really helpful, personable, and efficient service. Brought my laptop in yesterday and the new screen was ordered overnight and fitted today (and looks good as new!), even so close to Christmas! Quote was half the price that Apple had quoted as well. Overall I'm super happy 🙂

2023 Always helpful, cleared debris from iPhone charger port with tweezers and compressed air, refused to take any money. Great service.

2024 iPhone in a reboot cycle was on the verge of buying a new phone due to urgency but tech-shed said the battery may have failed (was showing 60%). They were right, fixed in 2 hours for a very reasonable price. 5 stars not enough.

My Asus notebook was not starting up properly and within 10 minutes of arriving in the shop the problem was sorted by a very friendly and helpful technician who while is was booting up gave several pieces of great advice about keeping the laptop running smoothly - HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
