Great experience at Tech stop ! The staff was helpful and knowledgeable, and the selection of tech products was fantastic. Got exactly what I needed, and the prices were competitive. Highly recommend for anyone looking for quality gadgets and excellent service!

Overly persistent with too long of a waiting time. I went in today to the shop as I saw it was 5 stars however it just didn’t work out. I had an iPhone and iPad to be repaired, the worker acted like as if I didn’t know about tech. He had reasonable prices but offered me a 4 day waiting time and he’d keep my devices until he was done. Absolutely not. He needs to be clearer and either have stock or say that I can keep my devices, bring it to the shop when the parts arrive (I don’t mind paying upfront), and then he can have them for the day to repair it. If the owner wants to think about that idea, I’m more than happy to come back and delete this review.

Update from response: You did quote 4 days as Saturday (1), Sunday (2), Monday (3) and you did say Tuesday (4). I’m demoting to a one star as not only will I not be coming back but also you really need to understand customer satisfaction as it’s detrimental to any business. Other reviews may say they’ve had a good experience, however everyone thinks differently and that is just what I thought and FYI as someone who works customer service, customer satisfaction is a mandatory part of running a business. You have to go along with the whole ‘the customer is always right’ if you want to make profit, whether if it is admitting that you were wrong when you were right.

What a gem of a shop this is! Easily the better of the three similar shops in Alton. Shah was courteous and couldn’t have been more helpful. I needed a tablet and had already done a bit of research and was very happy with my purchase.
