Went in with a broken charging port, defective battery, and a shattered back plate on my note 20 ultra. Not only did he fix my phone completely, but all within an hour!!! Couldn't be happier with this! Had all my un backed up wedding photos so it means a lot. Also the price was the best in the area. Visited several shops but it was almost £50 cheaper! And to top it all up, the repair man put a little protector on the camera! It's the little things 👌🏽🙌🏽

Good prices for changing battery watches. Cheaper than Timpsons, but they took 6 hours for a watch and for the second a few days due to the type of screen.

I dropped my phone and glass was cracked. I saw the shop and asked how much to fix. The replacement glass was priced in line with others.

He said would arrive the next day. I came back the following day and after an hour the phone was returned with a fully functioning brand new screen.

I thought the professional and prompt repair was fantastic and have had no faults since the repair.

I absolutely recommend this shop. The guy was very friendly and helpful and was very impressed. 2020 has been a dreadful year for these small businesses so please support these shops in 2021. If it was not for the prompt response phone could of been out of action for a week.

Excellent customer service and good prices. I’d particularly like to thank Ricky for his help. We were offered a good deal and choice on used phones or as good as new. Ricky went out of his way to secure a great phone at the best price we could get - I would absolutely recommend Tech and Vape.

My phone screen cracked and I needed a new phone ASAP so came to the store. The manager was amazing! He sorted me out with a new phone and set up everything for me as I was clueless. He made my experience stress free. The level of service was top notch

Started great fixing screen and glass.
Then noticed bits weren't working.
Proximity sensor and sim card reader.
Messaged shop then and was told to bring back to shop so he can look.

No apologies given.

I then received a call saying proximity sensor is loose connection.

Still no apology.

I was then asked for 50 to fix sim card reader as had worn out and was my own fault not his. . I just agreed as didn't want to fight it as needed phone back asap.

He then messed up and ordered wrong part delaying the whole situation.

Here's my biggest problem, my partner went in to collect phone and was made to feel very uncomfortable and was told to pay £60 instead.
When she mentioned we had been quoted 50 and only had 50 on her they then called us liars and said that's how much the part costs as didn't even charge labour.

I thought hang on a minute let's have a look online.....
Low and behold, the part costs £15-20 as is non genuine part. Which is fine by me but please be honest.

Really disappointed with service. Shame really as thought were nice guys at first but just typical Swindlers that prey on women.

My iPhone screen was cracked. I tried other shops before coming to this one. They offered a reasonable quote for the fix. I gave my phone and went out for 20 minutes or so. Phone was fixed when I came back.

I am giving 5 stars for customer service, cost effective and quick fix.
