Ollie at Tech-nes solved our temporary internet issues during a house move with rental of a 4G mobile modem which worked with our network provider’s unlimited data SIM card. It was going to take 4wks to get connected with FTTP internet due to being a new build and this temporary solution, renting his mobile 4G modem worked a treat. We had a great service which supported working from home, doing a lot of video calls and streaming TV. It cost us no more than a months FTTP connectivity and was a total life saver, thank you 😊

I had an issue with an old mac and factory resetting it. I called tech-nes and he was able to talk me through the whole error extremely efficiently and also keep me calm as I thought I'd ruined the mac I was trying to set up for my son. He was vet personable and explained everything in lay person terms so I could understand each step of the process. And it was all done over the phone! Pricing was amazing, will definately use this service again. Thank you
