Big thank you to John!

I came in recently with a computer I built. There was a problem where I couldn’t install windows 11 on my machine for an odd reason. I come in the shop . And John did a diagnosis and very quickly managed to install windows 11. Also meanwhile he also had done me a cable management to perfection! He had to re arrange some cables because they were plugged into the wrong pins on the motherboard which I didn’t realise also! And he had downloaded all the necessary drivers to get my computer up and running! Many thanks to this guy he’s a legend👍

I recently had a pleasant and smooth experience with Technical Merritt, when I needed the battery of my laptop to be replaced. After a quick inspection of the laptop, I was given a reasonable estimate for cost and time, along with advice to upgrade the memory. I took the advice and after a week's time, I took my laptop back to the repair shop when the order of the replacement battery had been received. I was in quite a bind as capacitors on my simracing wheelbase had effectively blown up. With the unit being end of life, there was no option for replacement and a new purchase was well over 1k. I called around many places before speaking with John. He was very upfront on what he can and can’t do which gave me confidence. He not only fixed the circuit board, but went the extra mile by being cautious and confirming with the actual developer, the PCB layout, the exact parts and placement. Went in with my son's old gaming computer, John was very helpful and came back with a quote that I was more than happy with.
