DO NOT TRUST THEM WITH YOUR VALUABLES! Dodgy people, wont own up to their mistakes and will try get more money out of u! Sent my phone in for a cosmetic repair, which they did. But they returned my phone broken and faulty and claimed it wasnt them! I now can't use my front camera or torch because they broke it and they even didn't admit to it when i took the phone back as soon as i noticed! (less than 24h after the repair) They gave me a quote for them to repair it, so wanted me to pay for their mistakes!!!!!
They returned my phone in a worse state than when it had the minor repair i sent it in for.
I wish i went to an official repair shop (or one thats at least part of a trade union to check their credentials!!)
His arguing replies to the reviews say it all about professionalism and service.
AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

edit: took them to small claims court and dominic was squeaking like a mouse. A true keyboard warrior

I had two booked call outs. Nobody turned up on either occasion. No contact to advise nobody was coming. No sense of an apology. This was the reply I got when I chased. This came two hours after they were supposed to turn up:-

'Hi, we are still on site just packing away now. I was just about to call you. But clearly you are not happy and I'm allreadt tired so I'll leave you to it. '

'Not happy', who would be? No apology, no attempt to make things right.

My job was probably relatively small, maybe not big enough, but that shouldn't matter. You couldn't get more of a couldn't care less attitude to customer service.

I wondered about the negative reviews. Now I understand.

edit: Just in response to the reply I had advised that it would be fine if the second call out didn't happen as long as I had prior notice. The idea that someone might have called two hours after the time I was given is not prior notice. Phoning someone should be a common courtesy and would have taken all of two minutes? This 48 hours after the same thing had happened. My email wasn't 'harsh' it was no more than a statement of fact. If jobs are impacting family life then don't book the jobs. Don't blame the customer.

Fantastic store. Repaired the charging port on my phone. My phone isn't the most popular so it was a very specialist job and the guys did a great job. Even worked over to ensure my phone was fixed that very day. Really affordable service and really friendly staff. High recommended.

Had my cameras fitted on my house by these guys and wow, very professional and courteous. Cant understand the bad reviews, obviously upon reading them they are people who want stuff for nothing. I'm very happy with my purchase and fitting. Will defo recommend

I dropped it my iPhone 7 Plus and the lady in the phone was very lovely but the tech guys had my phone for 3/4 days without repairing it. I could The job wasn’t meant to that long.

They kept postponing and saying they had to get parts for it. I would have to wait another 5 days to get it fixed. Horrid customer service .

If they could fix the phone they could have said or given me the correct time frame . If I knew it was a week or two I wouldn’t have minded but the lack of communication is the thing.

I took it to another shop and in 2 days it was fixed.

I wouldn’t recommend .

Came here to get my old Lenovo all-in-one repair after it kept shutting down for weeks. The team managed to salvage all my documents/photos (which have extreme sentimental value) and got my all-in-one running again. Lovely service with constant updates via their text messaging service. Where do I start ? Abysmal service. I took the TV in for repair in September with no mention of a Ā£30 ā€˜bench fee’. They took it in saying it could be a 5 minute repair. I gave up in November without them ever repairing it but they still charged me Ā£30 for the privilege. Trading Standards are now investigating this practice. (I’d rang Dominic every few days (he says he’ll ring you back but never does) & was given contradicting stories (he forgets what he told you previously). Just some of the excuses…. ā€œthe fault isn’t what we thought it wasā€.ā€¦ā€my brilliant TV expert needs to take a look but isn’t in for a couple days ā€œā€¦ .ā€I’m going on holidayā€.ā€¦ā€its a 5 minute job but we need to wait 4 days for new part to arriveā€ā€¦. ā€œpart arrived but haven’t had 5 minutes time (twice) to fit itā€ā€¦still didn't cure the fault cos the wrong part was ordered….ā€ need to order correct part & have to wait another 2 weeks (!) but this time said 100% sure what the problem isā€ā€¦still didn't cure the fault & ā€ now not sure what the problem isā€. Obviously got fed up of me complaining so delivered the ā€˜not worthwhile repairing’ cop out but still charged me Ā£30 for nearly 2 months without a TV. Dominic even admitted they’ve had some customer products for a year ! When I went to collect the TV back, it was amusing to see Dominic had plastered the whole shop with ’£30 bench fee’ posters. Would give zero stars if I could. ā€˜Experts’ ? Don’t make me laugh. Now watch out for Dominic’s condescending reply.

My Xperia XA1 Ultra stopped charging and I brought it into these guys. I had called ahead to tell them that I had an issue with my phone and what was wrong with it. I was told that I'd get the phone back the next day but ended up waiting 3 days due to them not having the part needed. That wasn't too bad though and the pricing was fantastic. I'd definitely return again in the future. Thanks guys!
