Knowledgeable with fixing laptops.
My HP laptop screen was broken by the hinge and it's a touch screen laptop. It got fixed without tampering with the screen and saved me lots of money over £300 in savings if i had taken it to Hp

Showed me 1 screen but fitted a completely different one and tried to sell me that instead! Very forceful sales tactics, the other screen was cracked in too many places and I couldn’t accept that, so he removed it but it meant I wasted a whole 50 mins, and went home without fixing my home, 1 day before I was flying (and I told him that when I arrived).

He thought I would just accept because I was helpless and he seemed desperate for the business. The first screen he showed me had 1 small crack in corner which I could accept, he told me this worked perfectly fine and so I accepted as I could not wait 1 hour for him to get a brand new one. But apparently it was not working and so he fit another one which had 5 or 6 cracks all across the screen and was totally un usable and he tried to convince me to take that instead. I was on the shop throughout the whole time he could have told me “actually the 1st one isn’t working after fitting it” and then showed me the second screen but he didn’t; he just went ahead and did it and then tried to really force sell it to me.9

Really bad practice, really pushy sales people and completely unreliable, we go to places like this often when we are most urgently in need and this place is not reliable: first he said the 1st screen was tested and it worked despite the crack but this wasn’t the case and second screen he just fitted without asking me, he though I would accept such a badly damaged screen I don’t know what he was thinking he was clearly desperate for money: there were 3 guys there.

, he showed me 1 screen with 1 crack, but then fitted a totally different one with multiple cracks!!! I ofcourse rejected wondering why on earth he would do that and he tried to insist it works

Wow, I am so impressed with the service I got here, the phone I fix doesn’t waste time at all, also the Samsung S21 ultra I purchase is working perfectly and I was still give a year warranty.
