My sons PC kept "blue screening". Gary ran it for a few days but found no obvious problem other than it was running extremely hot. After consultation and a quote he installed additional fans which did the trick. No blue screens since and it's running cool as you like. Gary could not have been more helpful and all work was carried out at a very reasonable price. I do not hesitate in recommending him to you. You won't be ripped off and he certainly knows his stuff. Highly recommend. I had to be in the area for work and completely forgot to pack my laptop charger. I was able to pop down to the shop and test out a charger for fit before I purchased. Great, friendly service, extremely helpful and pricing is affordable!

I had an issue with a Laptop that was stuck in a repair cycle after doing automatic Windows updates. Gary was very flexible as to when I brought it in and had fixed the problem within about 3 working hours of having it!! Dropped off about 5pm one night and he had called me saying it was ready for pick-up 11:30 the next day.

Gary also provided clear guidance on how much the initial cost would be and estimates should his first fix not resolve the issue.

Super nice and friendly service. I was looking for a travel adapter or a computer cable with a UK socket. The owner (or so I assume) found a second-hand power cable in the back of the shop and just gave it to me, not wanting anything in return... Many thanks again!
