I purchased a MacBook Pro 16” Core i7 (2019) in Excellent Condition via Back Market and I was pleasantly surprised when I was upgraded to the Core i9 free of charge. The only thing I will say that is even slightly negative is that there were more scuffs than I expected and noticeable wear on the laptop such as the keys. Again I want to point out that I am EXTREMELY critical about wear on my electronics and can promise you that no one else would have seen it except me. Not to mention that this is a 5 year old system there are bound to be some noticeable signs of use and wear on the MacBook.

The laptop arrived on the 28/12/2024 instead of the 31/12/2024 which is amazing as I made my purchase on the 24/12/2024. The company as a whole are great and value their work. They sent my item by Special Delivery via Royal Mail which is the highest grade you can send something via that courier.

I have noticed that the majority of their customers receive free upgrades which made me slightly suspicious as it wasn’t a one off and it consistently happens. I have used MACs all my life (mid 90’s) and contacted my MAC guys to make sure everything was okay which it was. I have also attached pictures for those who have read my post can see that I am super critical about my tech and the company doesn’t get discredited for their hard work.

TechPros also sent me a brand new Apple certified Power Adapter which they didn’t have to do which was a nice touch on their part.

They were willing to post the heavy iMac to me, after answering all my questions, and agreeing to alter the invoice when I mentioned I'd seen it at a lower price on their online selling platform.
