My school going Daughter's Acer laptop was not working or could not switch on. Error on screen shown was NO BOOTABLE DEVICE. The guys in shop were very helpful and in a few days got the laptop working.

Really good i brought my iphone 11 in for repair today and they did it within a hour and it’s a decent screen ( but u will get a non genuine screen warning) dosent affect the phone tho it still works completely fine I do recommend 4 stars I would of put 5 if they didn’t leave glue around the edge of the fine

I do recommend if u dont want to pay apple for a £250 screen I paid tech repair £50 for a good screen

Had a very terrible experience, went for a charging port issue and they took couple of days to fix it and it stopped working again, when I went back I was asked who fix it tell me the name and after some convincing they agreed to fix it again and after 1 hour or so got my phone back and again after few days it stopped working... Really frustrating... don't want to see these guys again so gonna to try another phone fixer.

Do not go to Teck Repair Havelock square by Brunel.

I had a battery replaced on my iPhone 14 after it was fitted I had no signal on the phone so told them and they refused to look at it saying it wasn’t their fault, then I find out they charged me for a apple battery when in fact they put a cheap Chinese battery in it. When I went back this morning there was 3 other people complaining including an old lady who had a battery replaced 2 weeks ago and had stopped working they told her to go away and they couldn’t do anything for her. They don’t inform you either that they take your phone to repair off the premises. They are so rude and arrogant and treat their customers like dirt! Total disgrace do not give them the service. I have been in contact with Apple and trading standards. Avoid at all costs! — feeling angry. I wouldn’t of even given them any stars but had to to post review 😡

Please stay away!!

My partner had his iPhone 13 pro max back fixed..temporary back all stick with tape on the back apparently didn’t have glass back but explained this once the phone was in pieces!- Not the service you want or need! since they have replaced the back the phone flashlight doesn’t work, camera front and back now doesn’t work and the charger port doesn’t always work is very temperamental.. been into the shop and offered to send the phone away.. leaving him without a phone ( you can’t do this in this day and age)- would only send it off if another £60-80 was paid.. even tho they claim to have 1 year warranty with any phone they fix..wouldn’t give any sort of refund even tho the phone was in full working order until the put there hands on it was just a smashed back.
The reviews are horrendous wish I read them before entering this shop and them creating a massive headache!!
They scam you. Been in shop twice to complain and Rude customer service and told us that he would see us in court as we explained we are taking it to the next step as he wouldn’t help us with the issues we were facing! Could of just refunded us and would of been no issue but he’s now made more of an issue. Disgusting from a shop…
