Clearly things are not as good as they were. Shocking customer service from Steve Ellis and Neil, the MD doesn't seem to care about customer complaints. The 3 stars are for the engineers who attend site, who I have found to be charming.

Tecserv have completed the installation of our new CCTV and Intruder Alarm at our HQ.

After contacting 3 companies to visit and quote for this work, we felt the content of the quote and the systems offered by Tecserv suited our needs the best.

The Surveyor spent a long time at our premises to ensure we had complete coverage at all entry points.

From start to finish, Tecserv have been very approachable and talk 'English' not jargon.

The 2 Engineers that came to carry out the installation were very professional and explained the operation of our new systems really well.

They have been flexible, working around us in our workspaces and adapted the system to our exact requirements.
