In response to your professional comments- your van forced me out of the way on multiple occasions, bibbing me and crawling up the back of my car in a threatening manner. At the lights you will see your driver flashed and bibbed me multiple times to go. You pulled up beside me to look into my car and make threatening hand gestures on two occasions, which my dash cam also picked up. Your dash cam will not show me using a mobile device, it will see me fixing a sat nav to my car that dropped. Thank you.

Our beloved grandmother's TV had encountered some issues, and since she doesn't speak English, it's important we had to be present to assist her during the service. 7 years after Telecare fixed my friend's TV, she had her Freeview Recorder box re-booting every couple of minutes.
I opened the box and could see 3 swollen capacitors. Most people would scrap it and buy a new one but again, Telecare fixed it ! As done before - A skilled job done quickly with a minimum of fuss and expense !

When a friend's TV went on on the blink (literally flashing very quickly) I googled symptoms and was pointed to a possible power supply with faultly capacitors. After checking, this did seem to be the likely problem but the fine circuit board layout required the soldering skill of an expert. More googling "electronic repairs near me" and after serveral calls, - "leave it with us for a couple of days" or the price to look at it was too high - I had the luck of contacting TeleCare. I took it in and was able to collect the same day. The cost was very reasonable and my friend is very pleased indeed. I would definitely recommend Telecare.

Phoned yesterday and arranged to drop tv off. Have travelled up from Worcester only to find shop shut up and no answer on phone numbers. Wasted my time and my day off.. very disappointing.....
