So many good things to say about this company; where to begin?
1. Fast response- called them on just before New Year’s Eve and they explained the process, it was collected shortly after the same day!!
2. Kept up to date with when it would be ready etc
3. The cost, when my son (who’s laptop had the issue) told me how much it was going to be to fix it, I was honestly stunned- it was much cheaper than I thought it would be.
4. The customer service overall: excellent!! Full explanation given to my so as to what the issue was etc

I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend them to anyone!!!

I called late on a Monday as I needed a part for my CPU cooler. Simon was very friendly and kindly offered to bring me a replacement cooler and all the necessary fixings for a extremely reasonable price on the same evening! My sons laptop fan had stopped working. Looked for a local repair company and found TFSSL. Explained that I needed a quick repair for a teams college interview & Simon came around the same day and dropped it off repaired (and a lot cleaner) the next day. TFSSL are fantastic! My iPhone 7 Plus got sea water damaged while on holiday. I took it to Simon, not only did he diagnose and repair the faulty part(s) for me but he also cleaned out the rest of the iPhone to ensure the
existing corrosion would not affect the functioning of the device further. Simon is very experienced and knows what he's doing. He provides a fast and affordable service, he is open and transparent, shares valuable advice and will be my go-to guy for all future repairs! Genuinely pleased.

My elderly iMac was giving problems as i was running old software & I'd been told by others it was not upgradeable. Simon promptly came & collected the computer, gave me a very reasonable quote, did a quality job, brought it back swiftly & sat with me making sure everything was working as it should back here.
