Great service from start to finish by Steve and Kyle. It is not an everyday job to get a new boiler fitted so I researched a few national and local companies. From first contact and by looking at reviews I felt confident in this local company. They installed a new boiler for a competitive price. They were done in less then 2 days, very little disruption in the house and a very tidy job. A pleasure to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone. They deserve the 5 star rating.

We cannot fault the service we received from Steve. Communication from him was excellent. We received a two hour appointment window in advance and a message on the day to let us know he was on his way. Steve carried out a thorough service on our old Baxi Bermuda gas fire/back boiler, which most plumbers these days have no experience of. Steve is very knowledgeable, approachable and trustworthy- a credit to the industry. We are so glad we have found him!

We had a new boiler installed by Steve and Kyle.
They talked us through the process every step of the way and when it came to doing the job they were efficient and professional throughout.
They left the house spotless so you wouldn't know any work had been done and gave us with clear instructions about how everything worked.
They're a pleasure to deal with and I can't recommend them highly enough.

Steve did a brilliant job of fixing a radiator and creating some new pipe work for a kitchen sink, washing machine, and dishwasher. He also did some external drainage pipework. Steve was a really nice chap, very knowledgeable, and even cleaned up afterwards. The prices were also very very good. We highly recommend The Boiler Doctor.

Friendly, reliable and efficient. I've just had a new boiler fitted and was impressed with the communication from the company as well as the new boiler. Everything was explained carefully to me and the tidying up afterwards was good too. Would definitely recommend.

Steve does a good job, recommended for boiler needs.
When the boiler controls failed Steve came out twice over the weekend to manually move the valve and then came on Monday to replace the controller with a new Hive. Excellent service
