I called into this place after been recommended it; I had a issue with the time settings; seems trivial but I couldn’t book anything in regards to hotels etc as it was all disrupted…; I had tried a few other places previously which were totally dumbfounded by it…..these guys were extremely helpful and managed to sort the issue for me within 5 minutes..! Excellent and polite customer service! Highly recommended!

I bought an Apple Watch from ilab in August as a birthday gift for myself. My reason for wanting one was that I’m constantly putting my phone down and then spending ages searching for it and missing calls and texts frequently. I’m completely out of my depth with technology so I asked a lot of questions and took advice from one of the lab chaps who was very knowledgeable and patient.
When I tried to pair my watch with my phone there was a problem because my phone wouldn’t update. I went to EE to resolve this and they told me it was an issue with the watch so I returned to lab and they were brilliant and gave a lot of effort and time to fixing it for me as I didn’t have a of to fix it myself. They also said that it I couldn’t get the watch to pair to my phone they’d refund the watch. They did NOT try to sell me an upgrade phone when it was obvious I would have been none the wiser. These chaps are very good at what they do and very honest. I will be telling everyone I know to go there.

Replacement phone screen. Excellent service, while changing my phone screen the tech noticed my ear piece receiver needed re soldering and fixed it with no extra charge. I would highly recommend ilab to anyone.
