Excellent service as usual from this company!!!!! Ryan at the Ivybridge shop is so helpful and knowledgeable. Problem with my phone sorted quickly and nothing was too much trouble. This has to be the 7th device myself and family members have purchased from this company over the last couple of years and as always, if any problems arise they are sorted out with good grace and they always go the extra mile to get any issues sorted. You can tell how good a company is by how they treat you when you have a problem and Ryan was excellent. I am delighted with my phone and won't be going anywhere else when I buy my next device.

I was tinkering with my phone and I managed to break the front camera. I bought it to the Ivybridge branch to see if they could fix it. Turns out it was just a loose connection and the nice man fixed it for free. Great customer service. 10/10 recommend
