I Telephoned this business a few months ago, prior to driving all the way to their premises and explained my problem. The person I spoke with said he could help me and would charge a minimal fee. However, after struggling to find parking and arriving on the agreed time the person that I spoke with earlier in the day advised that he needs to go immediately as he had another customer that needed his attention straight away and that he was only going to be back in two hours. I was shocked and couldn’t believe this level of bad service. I had booked a time and made the journey, what a waste of time and petrol. I would never recommend this business to anyone. I came across their business card today and threw it in the bin.

Can't recommend these guys highly enough!

My Apple MacBook wasn't starting up, I depend on it, so very stressful, not backed up for a while as my Mum died recently

I looked in great detail at places on the internet who could diagnose and repair the issue, and called a couple

I have had mixed experiences with Apple and other local quality businesses, and was impressed that The Laptop Doctor don't charge for diagnostics

They were charming and helpful, in a good location

After the diagnostics, they messaged me to say it had started up and there was no charge, and to come and collect it

When I did, there was none of the usual "you need to buy another more modern SSD/laptop/charger etc etc from us"

I can't recommend them more highly, and will never go anywhere else!
