Great service, care and communication:)
Unfortunately my MacBook Pro stopped working completely (😭), I came here and they explained in detail what the problem was and showed me the issue inside the computer as well. Sadly the damage is quite big and they need to replace the motherboard, but they have been guiding me through every step and have been very understanding of my situation and what I am able to afford.
I really hope my computer gets repaired, I will update the review, hopefully with good news!
Regardless of the outcome, I wanted to write this to thank you Sam for your time and the cups of tea, I feel in good hands:)

Had my old Macbook Air sceen completely broken while being carried in a flight as checked-in luggage. The team of staff there helped me out in the most efficient way and got it fixed instantly with a new screen (after I separately ordered and got it delivered to me) and a new battery which had been degraded for a long time. I strongly recommend them for the services they offer !!

We had a relatively new MacBook that no one else would fix after water damage. looked like all data was lost, but the max response team, Roman, Sam and Pat came to the rescue and immediately fixed the problem on the same day without any fuss. Excellent service and very kind staff! Came in with a MacBook Pro that did not turn on or charged and after the diagnosis found I had a short circuited chip in the circuit board. The problem was solved on the same day and I was able to return home with a completely repaired computer plus very good advice given by the staff! Would highly recommend 🙂

I brought in my Macbook pro 16", latest i9 model. It is pretty old machine which was overheating. These guys just dug it out from the grave, they cleaned the fans, heat sinks and more importantly replaced the thermal paste on CPU and GPU, the difference is massive. Not only in temperature and noise, but mostly performance. If you are looking to revive your old laptop, this is the place to go.

Do you have a problem with your Mac and you need help very quickly? Look no further – you have found the right place – the specialists at the Mac Response Centre will help you! Here is what had happened to me and how they have helped me: A bottle of water had leaked in my handbag and caused horrible liquid damage on my MacBook Pro (mid-2015, 15inch). The water got inside the Retina display, and the screen did not light up anymore. Another repair shop that I contacted initially claimed that the damage was beyond repair. But I urgently need the MacBook for my work, and I cannot live without it. Thus, in a state near total despair, I contacted the Mac Response Centre hoping that they would be able to help me - and they absolutely did! I could not have had any more positive experience: They immediately got in touch and had a look at the computer as soon as I arrived. They ran various diagnostics to find out what the exact problem was. It turned out that the main board was still functioning but needed ultra-sonic cleaning to avoid/remove corrosion and that the screen would need to be replaced. The replacement screen was delivered within very quickly (within two days), and I was able to collect the computer immediately on the same day as soon as the screen had been delivered. While I was waiting for the screen to be replaced, I was provided with a replacement MacBook Pro (in which my own hard drive had been inserted), so that I did not lose any further work time. The total price for all of this was extremely reasonable (in particular, compared to what some of the other options were that I had considered before, such as buying a refurbished or new machine). On a final note, I would like to add that the staff working at the Mac Response Centre are not only highly competent and helpful, but also very welcoming, kind, polite, and friendly. In total, the repair service was extremely professional, very fast, friendly and reasonably priced. I would like to strongly and warm-heatedly recommend this service to anyone who experiences any Mac problem. Therefore, very solid five stars (it should be six!) for how excellent and competent the service was and for how well I was treated as a customer here. I am endlessly grateful for your help - Thanks a million!
