The PC Expert is an amazing small business that has some of the best customer service ive experienced anywhere, let alone in PC repair. They not only fixed my computer but showed me how its done to help me do it myself in the future if i wanted to. Plus they have a very generous student discount which really helps. Absolutely amazing!

The Pc expert was wonderful in repairing my laptop . They gave a comprehensive overview as to the damage that was done to my charging port , told me how they would repair it and then began to do it in front of me and was receptive to any questions and concerns I had. They also noticed any issues that wasn’t related to the specific job of replacing my charging port (such as the dust in my laptop as well as damage to the motherboard due to overheating and offered to repair it free of charge) they also tried their best to help fit in the faulty charging jack as well as stayed open later to fix my motherboard that suddenly crashed down (that again wasn’t related to the specific job ) and offered me a student discount. The customer service is phenomenal and I would recommend people to visit this shop. Below are pictures of the initial damaged power jack and their meticulous process to repairing my laptop .

They offered great advice on laptop insurance and warranties, and helped us avoid bad deals for students. Plus, the student discount was really generous!

The PC EXPERT was super friendly and explained everything clearly and concisely with no nonsense. We were so grateful that he worked late during Ramadan without even taking a break. It shows he really cares about his customers, especially us students.

I bought a brand-new iPad, but on my first day, I messed up and accidentally blocked my device. I didn’t know what to do and was really panicking. Unfortunately, Apple also locked my account, thinking my device had been stolen.

I came to THE PC EXPERT and explained my situation to The PC Expert there. I was really worried because it’s an expensive device, and on top of that, Apple had locked it. The PC Expert reassured me, saying, “Don’t worry, I’ll sort it out.”

To be honest, I’m completely new to Apple. However, The PC Expert not only fixed my device but also took the time to explain everything to me and teach me so many new things. I’ve learned a lot from him.

Having "killed" my Dell laptop through anaccidental water spillage on Tuesday (and my panicked reaction making things worse) I got helpful free advice immediately on the phone. After waiting for 2 days to see if it would self-resolve on drying out, sadly I discovered my laptop was to all intents and purposes lifeless. I rang again and was fortunate enough to get a slot for diagnostics and repair later in the day, and after an anxious 2 hours whilst my laptop was expertly taken apart, diagnosed and repaired, PC Expert worked the miracle and brought it back to life, and it is functioning as good as new.

I cannot recommend PC Expert highly enough for their honest, straight-forward and value for money service, and the skill, knowledge and expertise is outstanding. Thank you so very much, and long may you continue your excellent and valuable service !

The PC EXPERT did an incredible job fixing my computer. A Windows 11 update bricked my laptop. I wasn’t able to turn it on or off, nor get anything to come up on my screen. I called the PC EXPERT and he told me to come by and he would look at it. After running comprehensive diagnostics he identified that my computer had been bricked and he assured me he could fix it while I waited. He not only fixed my laptop, he also cleaned the hardware before he put the battery and hard drive back in. I highly recommend contacting the PC EXPERT if you encounter any computer related issues.

HONEST REPAIR SHOP willing to teach you how to repair so you don't have to come back!

I Went in asking about the process of a laptop fan replacement. I didn't feel confident in doing it myself but he took his time to explain the situation and the parts I would need to replace it. He was happy to throw in free additional repairs such as replacing thermal paste.

He gave me a lot of confidence as he pointed me in the right direction and told me to do my homework and find the parts myself that way next time I will not need to visit him for this repair again.

Due to his advice I did gather the confidence to do it myself as well as further diagnosing the issue myself. Thanks to him he has saved me a fortune and helped me expand my knowledge on laptop repairs. I feel bad taking his free advice without paying for any repair but I will definitely recommend PC Expert to all my friends and I will definitely come back if there's a more complex tech issue I can't handle.

Love his transparency and this is a very honest shop. Furthermore they do half price if you show student ID. Strongly recommend.
