I honestly recommend these people as they were thorough in the inspection of my laptop. They cleaned it up as well!

It was very good pricing considering they had to replace 2-3 things in my laptop.

The front desk people were so lovely to chat to and when I went to pick my laptop up there was a slight issue as there was still some work so they offered to drop it off at my home for me.

Excellent service, the people there are extremely nice and patient with me. The good thing is that they are open all days of the week, which was not an option for many repair shops. They fixed two of my laptops really fast, one within the same day and the other one within 48h, they literally SAVED ME for my exams ! Totally recommend it

If I could rate 10 stars , I would . My laptop developed a fault today when I was just about to finish an important application. I tried to reach out to the manufacturer but no luck , so I went online and found PC Masters , surprisingly they were opened . I thought to call so I don’t make a trip for nothing but I was amazed to speak with a representative who assured me they were opened . I visited the store , dropped my laptop at about 2pm and in less than 2 hours , I got a call saying my laptop was ready . It was surreal , they literally saved a life , the customer service was just exceptional, the rep was very pleasant with so much empathy . It feels good to know I can trust this business and they will be a call away if my device develops an issue . THIS IS THE BEST REPAIR STORE EVER, DONT EVEN DOUBT IT . Thank you so much PC MASTERS .
