Highly recommended. My iphone dropped dead and I couldn't charge it anymore. Tried to clean the charging port but it didn't change anything. I went to the Apple store and they wanted to charge me £429 (!!!!) for a repair, explaining that simple cleaning will not fix it anymore as certain parts have to be replaced with new ones. Then I went to The Phone Plug where it took less than a minute to properly clean it, and for free. Simple as that. My day (and wallet) was saved.

Magic man! My screen was non responsive and I couldn't do anything to get my phone working. The Phone Plug man sorted it out in a few minutes. When the same thing happened again and I went back, he sorted it out in a matter of seconds - no charge. I couldn't be more grateful.

This review needs to include my complete experience regarding my Huawei Phone p20 pro! Having had the phone from its original release, it was a sturdy reliable phone choice. Eventually, with much use, the battery began to lose charge too quickly. I took the phone to Mobile Laptop & Computer Repairs N19 5SE = came home with a loose home button which eventually broke off!!! A friend taught me how to continue using the phone without the home button= £70 cost to break my phone. Around 6/7months later my screen went black!!!! Ish( Phone Plug) not only fixed my phone in record time, but both furnished me with the reasons why the phone had stopped working ( former shop) and advised me how to best proceed xxxx This customer service is of the highest quality. I sincerely recommend you bring your issues here first. The love is REAL. (ps: bring in my laptop in the morning…..)

This place is amazing, I have not experienced a better customer service in London! The staff is extremely kind, and helped me install the phone back panel again after it fell off after I dropped my phone within minites and practically for free!
Much better service and price compared to all other service shops I went to in Crouch End and Archway.

Amazing service. I can never get a screen protector on properly, they fitted it perfectly. I was also pleased to see they had a wide variety of disposable vapes as I’d seen some that I couldn’t find in other shops.
