Came up to Appleby from London for a wedding and popped in for a wash and blow dry before the ceremony.

First and foremost the blow dry was perfect and lasted all day despite the rain. The staff were super friendly and attentive. Additionally they were kind enough to let me know about some issues with my highlights that a hairdresser in London had done previously that week.

I appreciate it's a difficult thing to tell someone when they've paid for something that isn't up to scratch and I really valued their help in showing what had gone wrong with the previous hairdresser and how to fix it.

Quality service all round, they know their stuff, would highly reccomend.
