Jules the Tech Fairy is absolutely amazing! Jules has been helping my Mum with technical things for the last 5 years. It was proving increasingly difficult for me to try and support my Mum remotely with all the different things she finds challenging.

Jules has helped Mum when she has had issues with: her email account; her printer; her smartphone; accessing all manner of online accounts, including helping her to deal with online banking that requires multi factor authentication; recovering/remembering/resetting passwords; sorting things out when her email account was hacked; working out how to use her laptop when settings change, such as an upgrade to Windows 11.

Jules has also negotiated with her internet provider on her behalf on more than one occasion, as well as many other issues that aren’t strictly technology related.

Jules is patient, trustworthy, flexible and able to explain things in terms that Mum understands. It has been a huge relief for me to have someone I trust and Mum trusts that we can rely on to help Mum with all her technical problems, no matter how big or small!

I have just had the pleasure of meeting Jules, The Tech Fairy, who came to our home to help us with a few problems on our computer. I booked the appointment online, and Jules arrived exactly at the appointed time. . Not only did she rectify the issues we were having, but she also updated and cleaned everything up so the computer is now running perfectly with lots of safety measures in place. Jules is clearly extremely knowledgeable and competent, and she explained exactly what she was doing as she went along. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing computer support, and will certainly use her services again..
