Great help with my charging issues and getting nowhere. The Techout took over and tried to sort things out but it had become u/s. The gentleman was so helpful when I said I I wished to buy a new one. I brought it home and by that evening I had set it up contrary to my thoughts. I am very happy and if I have problems in the future tge Techout will be my first point of call. Thank you so much
