So grateful that Paul was the one to deal with my laptop issue!

My laptop broke down due to liquid damage. I was in a panic and didn't have the time to shop around. He was the second laptop repair service I called. The first repair shop I called refused to give me a quote or the closest idea of how much I should expect to pay for the repair. Called Paul and he gave me a rough estimate, no problem, whatsoever. Plus, at a reasonable price too! I was in his shop within 30 mins. He was reassuring, helpful and professional. Honestly, I thought my laptop was done for. Three days later - fixed! As good as new, super happy to have a fully functioning laptop once again.

Genuine, trustworthy and a lifesaver.

Cannot recommend Paul enough. So thankful he brought my life back to my laptop. Super lovely guy too. Thank you!

I highly recommend Paul at The IT Business.
He aimed to solve my IT problem over the phone first, to save me a journey, but when this wasn't possible, he scheduled me in right away for an appointment at The IT Business office, and I was able to wait while he did the work, all of which I really appreciate.

Paul did a brilliant job fixing several problems on my ASUS Windows 10 laptop, including installing a driver so one of my software programs was functioning properly.
He also reinstalled the 'brightness' bar option, which had disappeared, and he kindly offered some helpful tips regarding how to preserve the life of my laptop.
The price he charged was also very reasonable.

Massive thanks to Paul for working his IT magic and bringing equilibrium back to my laptop.

I came to paul to sort out the sound on my laptop and he was able to get it fixed in seconds. He is very patient and took time
to have a look at the issue. I was in at 16:20 and he managed to fix the problem by 16:30 which sounds insane but he did it. Thank you so much and i will be recommending this place to all my friends!!! Thanks again Paul

I contacted Paul in a panic (as usual 😅) because I was having issues with using my Teams app on my laptop. Paul had a look at it and reassured me that there was nothing wrong. In his usual relaxed and cheerful manner, he sorted it all out and also gave me some very useful tips and information about using my laptop. 'Itbusiness' is the place to go. Paul knows all there is to know about IT technology. He does not overcharge for the work and time spent on getting your IT products back in good working order.

I thought my battery had popped out of laptop as it wouldn’t give any indication of life when I plugged it in to charge after dropping it.

Unbeknownst to me I have two ‘usc’ charging ports and have been told to use the first one.
The guy sorted me out in no time, couldn’t be more grateful.

I have little experience when it comes to Pc's, laptops etc so visiting this shop was a blessing. Paul (the owner) was not only a pleasure to talk with but very keen in making sure I received the right equipment. Paul is a clinical assassin in dealing with laptop issues. I had a system crash, and I took it first to one sorry guy, who did a terrible job. I just googled the nearest IT repair, and God just divinely brought me to Paul. I had everything about the laptop sorted the very next day. He even gave me a charging cod free. Can you beat that. Cost was so reasonable, you would think it was charity. Everyone at Ulster has heard about Paul's laptop prowess. Thumbs up to you, man. Cheers.
