I visited this garage for the first time, with my ford focus, the staff were welcoming, friendly and very dedicated to getting the work done to my car. I also really appreciated the extra mile they went to highlighting a problem in detail, about my car, I didn't even know my car had, and rectifying the problem. Definitely recommend this garage.

DO NOT USE.
Replaced parts in my car that made my car brake system worst. Then gave me a Passed MOT, that was found to be invalid by a Enforcement Officer from the Driving Standard Agency. Putting my life and others at risk, and destroying my business by having my license revoked. Could easily have just gave me a refund and apologized, but no😡 will soon be paid a visit by the POLICE and TRADING standards. How many other customers have a passed MOT with brake pads below 16 percent legal limit I advice all Theydon customers to have your car inspected independently, your life and others could be at risk……
