Steve took on the role of retrieving the file system from my wife’s Desktop computer after the system had become corrupted and unbootable. I used the opportunity to get Steve to supply a complete new system, which he did within a matter of a few days. All was well until we came across a problem with corruption of the external Bose sound system when used by the Zoom program. The problem only manifested itself when using Zoom and Microsoft Teams. Steve maintained ownership of the problem throughout and found a useable software solution. Having been myself worked in IT support for HP for over 20 years, I know how hard it can be to maintain the customers “buy-in” whist you work towards a solution. Steve achieved this and I would certainly use him again should I have need of such services.
