Had car a/c issues as it wasn’t blowing cold air, only lukewarm air on the coldest setting. Told the garage what the scanner pinged up when I plugged it in at home and they listened! Unlike other garages who couldn’t find the fault on my car. They replaced the component which was 65 quid which is about right for that specific part. Leak checked my a/c system and re-gassed it! All in less than a day. My cold setting and hot settings both work as required now, ready for the summer and winter. 👍🏽

Such an amazing garage and nice people.
Had some problems with the suspension system.
Wherever I took my car to be fixed, they wanted to charge £40 ish to only check it no matter they can fix it or not.
Had my car checked quickly and free of charge here, ordered the spare parts eve though they’re not easy to find and had it fixed within a day after the parts arrived.
Happy with the job and it’s going to be my garage from now on.

They are brilliant, fast, reliable, and highly skilled. Took my car in at about 4:30pm for them to diagnose the 'noisy steering' issue. They secured an appointment for me the next day at 8:30 am. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it with my consent within an hour at an affordable price. I will reiterate - They are highly skilled.

Short time from calling to having work done on my car, even with needing to order parts. At the appointment, the work was completely quickly.

Also, I appreciate TIC's advice that the work wasn't really necessary (my enquiry was due to a main dealer's recommendation) - a nice sign of trustworthiness.

A thorough and professional job on a head gasket replacement, and upheld the warranty when the crank seal started leaking a couple of months later (a quick fix). I'd recommend if you value quality work. not the cheapest, but as they say buy once, cry once!

I turned up yesterday for Mot . Norbery was outside waiting and was very organised and professional from start to finish.
