I have used Titan many times and always found them friendly, knowledgable and value for money. Not many firms will tell you honestly that you do NOT need an upgrade or a new product etc but I know that when I walk through their door I will get the right advice and the best service for my needs. It is so great to have a friendly, reliable service on my doorstep - they all do a great job and I would heartily recommend them.

In short: very friendly and professional team, reasonable price.

My laptop has been running very slowly for the last few months. After I accidentally spilled water on it, I brought my water-spilled laptop to Titanic Computers two working days before Christmas. The next day I received a call. Engineer Chris explained the problem, offered solutions to speed up my laptop. I am very grateful to Chris for the work he did over the weekend, recovering data from the hard drive. On Monday I picked up my refurbished laptop, the hard drive was replaced. The team kept me updated on the work. I am very happy that my laptop was restored before the long Christmas and New Year holidays. I would highly recommend Titanic Computer for fast and professional service and good customer service.

Best customer service ever!!! My laptop charger was faulty and compatible one was out of stock in the shop. They suggested another shop close by where I could get the exact same one. They even told me if I struggle to find one , they could lend me their compatible tester charger for few days because I had urgent works on my laptop and they were shutting down for Christmas.. I haven't been to any other servive that would do that!!!

Came here for a custom PC diagnosis which I had been struggling with for a while. The team took their time to go through each part using their own to test and walked me through all of their results. Eventually they could not definitively work out the issue but narrowed it down so I could fix the issue at home. Fantastic service and would recommend them to fix/build your custom PCs.

Absolute gem of a place. One of the last of these little independent shops, a place that's old school and makes you feel asthough you're stepping back in time. That's rare these days.

I've known of Titan computers as long as I've known my husband - he would take his computers, monitors, and alsorts there back in the day, and they could always fix it.

My brother is a long-term customer of Titan, too. He's taken my dad's PC there a few times.

Titan is always so obliging, always so eager, and genuinely happy to help. They really do seem happy in their work. They have a real authenticity.

Recently, I took in the CD part of my dad's 20 year old stack Hitachi hifi. The CD drawer is stuck, and after a tinker, dad wasn't able to sort it.

"FIX IT PHIL," as he's known by, was simply a pleasure to speak to (on the phone initially). I was told to drop it in, and he'll have a look and will more than likely be able to sort it. I know of nobody else who would look at a 20 year old hifi! 👍 And, for no cost! Just, what? 🫨 Amazing, and so appreciated.

I took it in the next week and had a chat with Phil - a genuinely top chap. It's obvious why Titan are still going all these years - they're just so approachable and willing to help.

Best computer shop in exeter very very helpful people i can never forget the day i needed a charger as i left mine home and i was 160miles away from home i went to this shop and they gave me a charger to borrow for fewdays 😁 i wil always recommend them and thank you for helping me with charger real realy appriciated.
