Brandon. An absolute star. I had an issue with my broken HDMI, so we walked in and was welcomed with a warm greeting. He promised us a deadline and got it done the same day! He sorted my broken HDMI port and kindly offered us a clean (in and out) for a small extra cost. Great service, great prices and last but not least great people. Thanks a bunch 😁

Best tech refurbisher in London in my opinion. Quick, fast and reliable.
They have saved my laptop twice. The first they replaced a faulty hard-drive with an upgraded SSD which ran faster and has lasted longer than the factory one. It is still going to this day, and it was great to be able to remove it to transfer data fast to my desktop. Second, they replaced a fan for perhaps the best price I have ever seen. It cost only a fraction more than doing it myself (which I had done before but I am way too chicken to do it again) and saved me time and gave me peace of mind. The cost was an absolute steal. I travelled from south London to come back to Tommytech especially because every other tech place closer to my new house is double the price plus extra for the part, and didn’t seem nearly as well reviewed considering the price point. They gave the laptop a good cleaning and the over 5-year- old device looked incredible, my keyboard hasn’t looked this nice in years! They even replaced screws in the case, no extra charge.
You can tell it’s run by genuine local techies. Their message service on WhatsApp is convenient, fast and reliable.
Can’t fault them yet. We will see how my fan holds up, but I am sure did a better job than I did! Can’t wait to run games on the go again without frying my CPU ✌️💕

This was a great service. Prompt comms over whatsapp initially, speedy diagnosis of what sounded like the problem with a PS5, a three-hour repair turnaround and a three month warranty if anything still needs to be sorted. Happy son, all good. Decent price looking at comparisons as well. Thanks v much.

My gaming laptop was not taking any charge from the charger and Tom & Brandon resolved my issue in a very timely manner considering it was just before the weekend.

The laptop is now like new with better temps and the cooling system fully cleaned and all for a reasonable price! If it wasn't for them I probably would have had to get a new Laptop which I wasn't really prepared for!

These guys are legit fantastic. Had a PS5 HDMI port issue the guys fixed it in like 2 hours. Very good service and my PS5 works again perfectly. They even promise a 3m warranty on their fix. Very happy! Well done guys killing it 🔥
