Ash at Trade City is a true wizard at his craft and the passion for it is obvious! When my PC broke down and died on Saturday night I rang Trade city after never hearing of them before and Ash offered to take it there and then! The care and service Ash has provided is second to none. Always keeping me updated with progress and offering me options but clearly not chasing to increase what I had to spend. Was totally relaxed and at ease. Ash turned my PC which was caked in 4 years worth of dust, broken and battered into a brand new machine which runs better than ever! I highly recommend his services. Ash at Trade City Softland is an absolute star! When the keyboard on my Gaming Laptop G15 stopped working, everyone else told me it wasn’t worth fixing and suggested I just bin it. Ash, however, took the time to assess the issue and assured me it could be repaired. He kept me updated throughout the entire process and handled everything so professionally. The laptop is now as good as new! His dedication, honesty, and skill are second to none. Top guy and a fantastic service – I couldn’t recommend him enough! Amazing job from soft land

A couple days ago I had ordered all my parts to build my own pc and after a long attempt I was met with failure that’s when I was lucky enough to stumble across soft land. In under 10 minutes on a phone call with ash I was able to come drop my pc off and collect it the next day

Sadly theirs was a problem with the part I had ordered as my graphics card was damaged however with the help from ash
I was quickly able to send my graphics card back and order a brand new one he had recommended me not only was this part cheaper it near on had the same performance rating as the one I had brought and was perfectly able to run everything I wanted to play smoothly and without any bugs or crashes overall I’m super happy with the service provided from soft land

Trade city soft land are just the best, I got a very good laptop at an affordable rate and was picked up very efficiently, there was a software Microsoft issue however he was available to fix it immediately I brought this to his attention.

Ash really has gone above and beyond to help me with my IT needs.
As soon as my computer broke, I called Ash and he told me to bring it down right away. Within a matter of hours he'd fixed AND upgraded my PC.. adding extras for FREE (Microsoft office, anti-virus and a service).
I was kept updated continuously and sent photos of everything he did.
All of this.. on a late Saturday night!
I couldn't be happier with the service I've received.
