Excellent customer service, I cant fault Treasures.
After being short staffed meant the Walton store was closed on a Sunday when I had agreed to take my phone in for the screen to be repaired the remaining staff went over and above what I would expect. They came and collected the phone from my house, delivering it back once repaired!
The repair is faultless, and at a very reasonable cost as well.

I do not recommend! Poor and expensive service. The man took smartphone without telling about what he is going to do and how much it was going to cost. 3 times I went to him and 3 times he charged differently for not complete repair. First time £10, the second £30 and the third time he charged £75 for still not complete repair so it made me wonder what is going on and he said for another £90 he could change screen what would solve the problem. Avoid this shop!

The people inside treasures are absolutely amazing. It’s a good environment very professional with lots of technological know how. But the one thing that sparkles here at treasure is more than anything is the Lovely❤️ mala. She’s a very kind lady and he’s a real treasure to the community. Great service from tech, he was very patient with all of my questions (which there were many), the data stuck on dead machine arrived exactly when he said it would and so well managed with folders that it took me like twenty minutes to get to it ha. It's absolutely amazing, it was ready to go out fantastic visit again for sure

Went for advice about a Samsung phone wwith small problem. Was told it was an old phone and unrepairable. Tried to sell me a more expensive better Samsung and ofered very expensive Chinese. Went to Vodaphome my internet and data supplier who told me what to do and immediately phone was as good as new. Be very careful of advice from this shop.

The service was very good. For my Lenovo Yoga 720 I was offered multiple repair solutions or a very good offer to trade it in for a newer version. For money reasons I chose the cheapest options but when money allows I might come back for that newer Lenovo Yoga.

Had iPhone screen repaired a month ago, despite not dropping the phone physically a black mark appeared on the phone screen and proceeded to spread. Even though they give 3 month warranty they refused to do anything about it. Definitely do not visit this shop for phone repairs as they just try to get more money out of you even though they have a ‘3 month warranty’ in place
