Avoid This Place at All Costs!

I dropped off my laptop for repair a month ago, expecting a quick turnaround of 2 days. They assured me that would be enough time, but I was misled. Weeks went by with no communication, and every time I tried to visit, the shop was mysteriously closed, even during their posted hours.

After finally getting in touch, they claimed they replaced my battery—something I specifically asked them not to do since I had just put in a new one. When I pressed them further, they admitted the technician who was supposed to fix my laptop had been on vacation the entire time they had my device. So not only did they fail to repair it, but they also wasted my time knowing they weren’t capable of doing anything for weeks.

Now, they are saying they can’t guarantee the repair and want to charge me for the battery replacement, despite me never authorizing it. This is the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They avoid calls, dodge responsibility, and clearly don't care about their customers.

Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable, honest business. DO NOT GO HERE!

Wahed and Harsh were very kind and they gave their service with utmost expertise. I was on tourism at London and my phone was off which meant I wouldn't have been able to find my way to my lodge, they didn't only sell the charger to me but they also helped charge my phone with the charger I bought which charged my phone really fast in few minutes.
