Took my car here in the morning as booked, for engine warning light and brakes. Came to pick up the car at 5 but he was already closed. No note, no call. When I called the next day turns out he hadn't been able to fix anything. Asked if I could book back in and said he'd call me back. Never did. Maybe he's a great mechanic but terrible customer service and a time waster. Will not be back

Gents were incredibly helpful. Passing through the area from Wales and needed to have some extra engine oil removed (2 minute job) other garages declined and had a miserable attitude but there gents were happy to help when I had called ahead of time and when I got there. Smiles all round and didn't charge me even though they took time out of their day to help a stranger. This is what's missing from this world.

On Wednesday on the way to picking my daughter up I hit a massive pothole on the high street in long wittenham. I took the car to the garage where the gentle mum tried to fix it however there was a massive gash on the side. They said they will have to order one in for tomorrow. They couldn’t be more helpful and even offered to give us a lift home. This is a garage that goes above and beyond I will most definitely be using them again. They are fab

Dave and his staff were excellent. The level of trade skills and knowledge was immense.They resolved my cars issues quickly and at a reasonable price.

Timely repair of front coil springs on my Mini and thorough full service given using quality parts. The garage even called Mini directly about a replacement window motor which was not in stock anywhere but kept me informed. No fuss, quality service, and shall look to return in the future.

Car went in for Mot and service. They gave the impression that the vehicle would fail on 2 tyres and had ordered budget tyres to replace. I requested tyres 2 to match that had cost me £90 each fully incl previously. This lot charged me £175 per tyre for a polo without any warning of the price. Nice work.

Very kind team.

My car broke down a few metres up the road from the garage. The guys kindly help push the car to their garage where they had a quick look at it to see what the issue was. Unfortunately the car had completely had it, and they advised this (cambelt and water tank had gone). They let me leave the car at their facilities whilst I arranged for it to be scraped and taken away. They also advised of a good scraping company. They didnt ask for any form of money for their time, help, or the space our car took up. They just helped, very kind of them. Thank you!!

Bunch of unprofessional muppets. No phone call no heads up of how much the work will be...pick up the car to be told to pay a £475 for 2 front shock absorbers for a ford focus. When i question why they didn't call me to let me know a price (i even left a note under the wheel lock not to be sure they see it) to be called upon any work all he said was "well i haven't see the note myself( like he's mecanics are blind
