I wouldn't recommend this repairer. I dropped off my OnePlus 12 for a screen replacement and the quality of the work is disappointing. Screen has 0.2mm gaps in some areas, and back panel gaps get to 0.4mm, which is unacceptable from my point of view. This phone is now not only no longer waterproof ( which is kinda expected after repair) but also not even dust proof. I have left the phone 1 day extra because I could see dust on the lens when I went to pick it up and I requested that it's cleaned, but as you can see in the picture absolutely all of my cameras have debris in them, greatly affecting the quality of what used to be an excellent camera phone. This after I was told that they have re-cleaned all the lens. I will have to take it apart, and clean the lenses myself.
Cost wise is really good but I'd be willing to pay more if they increase the quality of work.

Shaun has been my go to person every time I have any issues with my mobile phone or general mobile advice for many years now who I would highly recommend.

I needed his help with a few mobiles yesterday which he kindly resolved quickly which alleviated a lot of stress prior to visiting his shop.

While waiting I watched him interact with other customers. As always he was extremely customer focused and goes above and beyond to help customers as much as possible. He explains all options, related costs, any potential risks to customer and also shares his thoughts on whether it is even worth fixing the phone given the costs (even if it means losing custom), but ultimately leaving the customer to make the final decision.

UnbreakMyMobile is a safe and honest place to go for mobile repairs. Shaun is completely trustworthy, fair and honest regarding repairs, associated costs, potential risks.

Most of all, it is important to Shaun that his customers are happy with his service, so in the event that there is any issue he will happily resolve them immediately.

I dropped my phone in water 3 weeks ago and have been using a pay as you go since. I took the phone in to see Shaun and he advised he would take a look and call me. I did think if would be impossible to fix as I had left it.

Shaun called me back and advised he had replaced the part that was damaged and I could collect it.

Thank you Shaun for fixing my phone if I had know it was that simple I would have been in sooner.

I went into this store looking for a phone and while I waited over heard the discussion between the guy in the store and a kid looking to get a phone fixed. The advice was very honest, included mentioning the risk that the phone might not be repairable at all and could end up not working at all. Whilst the kid wanted to go ahead the store guy told the kid to get his parents to call back to make sure they understood the risk. So very honest advice even if it could end up meaning he doesn't get the job.
